    If you miss someone like half a limb or the right side of your body, it is not love. 

    If you miss the hurt someone gave you instead of the kindness, it is not love. 

    If you miss someone who wants you back despite mistreating you, leaving you, never reaching out to you, it is not love. 

    Love- real, actual, tangible love- is not something you can hold. It is something you can feel, and it hurts when you lose it. But if you are losing a piece of yourself along with it, that was never love in the first place. Just someone selfish enough to take body parts from a broken person because they didn’t realize the damage they were leaving behind. 

    If there are spaces between, real love will always be the bigger picture.
